this day has been long and busy and I ate way too much food at lunch. we had a luncheon for some people who are retiring (aka forced to retire when the layoffs came about)-I bought the gift for the administrative assistant who has been here for 35 years. 35 years!! that is so long to be in one place! anyways I got her some waterford crystal stuff and it was a hit so i did a good job. yay for me.

I'm going shopping for my cat after work. I have to reward her for being the best cat in the world (seriously she is super friendly and cute and nice)!
