Hiya everybody! The phone problem is solved once and for all, not without a minor freak-out incident, but it's done. Is it my fault that when the Ameritech guy took off without telling me or fixing anything that I was a little upset? okay, he did come back like an hour later and fixed everything but it wasn't a fun hour.
